The whole family is invited to Parent & Baby Yoga! Relax and bond with your baby in a gentle yet energizing yoga practice. Move your body in ways that are safe and effective for strengthening and recovery of the core while including your baby as resistance weight. Stretches will be introduced that can be taken with you and practiced daily. Mothers should be at least 6 weeks postpartum. We will spend the first 5 minutes of this session getting to know each other.
