Effortlessly add healthy “me time” into your day. We go through gentle movements that are safe for postpartum moms - always at your own pace and modified for your specific needs. Check in with your body, using the power of your breath, while connecting with baby. Mothers should be at least 6 weeks postpartum. For the first 5 minutes of this session, we will get to know each other. Each person’s needs are different, and we will do yoga that works best for you.
